Rosie is a London-based casting director working across editorials, shows and advertising. With extensive experience in talent direction and casting, she has collaborated on some of the industry’s most notable projects. After a decade at British Vogue as Fashion Bookings Editor, she became Global Director of Talent and Casting for Vogue across all European titles, before focusing full time on her own projects in 2024.

A passionate supporter of new talent and an advocate for diversity, she has worked on many London Fashion Week shows and now also casts multiple shows in NY, Paris and Milan. Her magazine background has given her a unique insight into working with photographers and talent, a passion for narrative driven casting, and an extensive network of contacts.

She works regularly with photographers like Steven Meisel, Rafael Pavarrotti, Steven Klein, Zoe Ghertner, Oliver Hadlee Pearch, Lachlan Bailey, Mikael Jansson, Nick Knight and Tim Walker.

Stylists include Edward Enninful, Carlos Nazario, Carine Roitfeld, Joe McKenna, Karl Templer, Kate Phelan, Robbie Spencer and Julia Sarr-Jamois.

Rosie also casts for numerous advertising clients including Dolce & Gabbana, Cartier, Graff, De Beers, Tom Ford, Victoria Beckham Beauty, Theory, Mont Blanc and Moncler.
