After ten years at Vogue as the Fashion Bookings Editor, producing and casting some of the most notable fashion stories of the noughties, in 2022 Rosie was made the Global Director of Talent and Casting for Vogue, where she worked across all European titles.
A passionate supporter of new talent and an advocate for diversity, she has worked on many London Fashion Week shows and now also casts multiple shows in NY, Paris and Milan. Her magazine background has given her a unique insight into working with photographers and talent, a passion for narrative driven casting, and an extensive network of contacts.
She works regularly with photographers like Steven Meisel, Rafael Pavarrotti, Steven Klein, Zoe Ghertner, Lachlan Bailey, Mikael Jansson and Tim Walker.
Stylists include Edward Enninful, Carlos Nazario, Joe McKenna, Karl Templer, Kate Phelan and Julia Sarr-Jamois.
Rosie also casts for numerous advertising clients including Dolce & Gabbana, Cartier, Graff, De Beers, Victoria Beckham Beauty, Theory, Mont Blanc and Moncler.
“Over the years, Rosie’s choices in casting have not just been about picking faces; they’ve been about setting trends, challenging norms, and redefining standards, leaving an indelible mark on the world of fashion.” Watch the full Models.com film here.
